Don Randall, Vice-President, Sales & Marketing
Don Randall is the Vice President of Mark Construction Co. and is responsible for Business Development and Sales & Marketing. He has 35 years of experience in Design/Build and General Contracting. Don also has extensive experience working with Architects, Engineers and Private Owners in Planning and Development in the Education, Aircraft, Retail and Industrial Marketplace. His education from S.U.N.Y Binghamton in New York is in Business Administration and he is a member of the Economic Development Commission of Mid Florida, the Economic Development Committee of Greater Seminole County Chamber of Commerce, and the Associated Builders & Contractors of Central Florida Builders Exchange. Don is a leader in Pre-Engineered Metal Building Systems and is widely respected for his expertise in this area. He has created and maintained strong ties within the construction field and within the community.
Brian Allen, Project Manager
Brian has more than ten years experience with Mark Construction Co. He has a background as a Construction Coordinator and Field Supervisor and is now an Estimator and a Project Manager. Brian’s onsite experience includes Pre-Engineered Metal Building Construction. His experience includes estimating, project management and field operations. Brian hold OSHA 30 Hour Certification and holds compliance to Safety Measures as the first step in all operations. He effectively communicates with Owners, Architects, Engineers and City Officials and Team Members to ensure transparency and adherence to the Owner’s vision on each project.
Kiley Kanai, Accounting
Kiley Kanai joined the Mark Construction Co. family over eleven years ago and has continued to add to her list of responsibilities, quickly moving up to Accounts Manager. She is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, budgeting, payment applications and insurance compliance. Her professional attitude and attention to detail is a benefit for those working with her and for the partners Mark Construction Co. works with in every aspect of a job’s life cycle.
Shelley Ewing, Executive Administrator
Shelley has worked with Mark Construction for over six years and has an extensive background in contracting and administration. She recently implemented new Software for Project Management Tracking which has contributed to the increased accountability and efficiency of the team. Shelley holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from University of Central Florida and is responsible for project administration, including bidding procedures, bonding, insurance, contracts, and correspondence with subcontractors. Shelley also manages all badging requirements and reporting for all jobs as well as maintaining records for all projects. She also regularly updates information for pre-qualifications with all entities and markets Mark Construction Co. through collateral, social media and the website.
Eric Jorgensen, Superintendent
Eric has more than 20 years of experience, all with Mark Construction. He has worked on many of the different projects built by Mark Construction including new schools, banks, post offices and other commercial buildings. Eric has worked on all of the projects conducted at the Orlando-Sanford International Airport, including new construction, repairs and maintenance. He has also been involved in many of the Construction Management projects awarded to Mark Construction with area schools.
Randy Talley, Superintendent
Randy has more than 10 years experience with Mark Construction. He has a background as a Construction Coordinator and Field Supervisor. Randy is responsible for the coordination of all projects, scheduling, field production, quality control, reviewing of shop drawings, safety, and the overall project. He holds an OSHA 30 Hour Certification and has HAZCOM and First Aid Training.
