For those projects in which general contracting or a design/build approach is not appropriate, Mark Construction offers its Construction Management (CM) services. These services are tailored to meet the specific needs of an owner in a specific construction environment.

Few business owners possess the technical and management staff to monitor and control the building, financial and management details of a complex construction project. Mark Construction will provide the owner with coordination, recommendations, and oversight during the entire construction process. We will integrate our professionals with the owner’s team, providing expertise and experience in a number of construction disciplines as appropriate.

Mark’s Team of Construction Management Specialists

Mark’s CM team can augment the owner’s staff with pre-planning, design, construction, engineering and management expertise, and act as the owner’s principal agent in the management of a construction project. Mark will represent the interests of the owner in dealing with architects, engineers and other construction professionals, and with other private and public organizations and jurisdictions.

In all of its CM engagements, Mark Construction partners with the owner to insure that available funds are managed properly, the scope and schedule of the project are controlled, and that delays and disputes are avoided.
