The Mark Construction Team
Phil Jorgensen, Director
Phil founded Mark Construction Co. in 1969. He is also a founding member of the Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc.-Central Florida Chapter which began in 1973. He has been a licensed General Contractor and has been a leader in the Central Florida construction industry for over 50 years. He now stands as the Director of Mark Construction Co.
Over the course of his career, Phil has been responsible for executive-level management functions including participating in competitive bids, negotiating turn-key Design/Build conditions, overall quality control, and negotiating financial requirements and contracts. He has vast experience in both public and private projects throughout Florida and the U.S. He is a specialist in new construction, design/build, renovations and tenant build-outs.
Todd Jorgensen, CEO
Todd joined the family business in 1982. He has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He began with, and at this time is CEO of, Mark Construction Co. In the last 40 years, Todd has completed 250 projects totaling almost $400 million!
As a certified General Contractor and Principal of Mark Construction Co. Todd is responsible for all statewide Florida Operations, including executive management functions, contract negotiations, construction supervision, field production and quality control. Included in his other responsibilities is the review of plans, specifications, and cost estimates and inspecting work in progress for adherence to plans and specifications. Utilizing his extensive experience in the areas of design, construction scheduling and value engineering, Todd has provided cost savings to Owner’s in excess of several millions of dollars. Additionally, he specializes in new construction; Design/Build, renovations and tenant build outs.
Jackie Chambers, Vice President, Secretary
Jackie joined the family business in 1972. She has over 50 years of experience as the Secretary and Comptroller for Mark Construction Co. All of that experience has been with Florida General Contracting and Design/Build projects. She is a member of the Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. having completed Continuing Education classes sponsored by ABC. Jackie is responsible for all company-wide accounting and in-house financial statements, as well as supervising accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and human resources.

Brian Allen, President
Brian joined the Mark Construction Co. family in 2004. He has a background as a Construction Coordinator and Field Supervisor and is now President. Brian’s onsite experience includes Pre-Engineered Metal Building Construction. His experience includes estimating, project management and field operations. Brian hold OSHA 30 Hour Certification and holds compliance to Safety Measures as the first step in all operations. He effectively communicates with Owners, Architects, Engineers and City Officials and Team Members to ensure transparency and adherence to the Owner’s vision on each project.
Kiley Kanai, Treasurer
Kiley joined the Mark Construction Co. family in 2003 and has continued to add to her list of responsibilities, quickly moving up to Treasurer. She is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, budgeting, payment applications and insurance compliance. Her professional attitude and attention to detail is a benefit for those working with her and for the partners Mark Construction Co. works with in every aspect of a job’s life cycle.
Susan Leavens, Administrative Assistant
Susan joined the Mark Construction Co. family in 2022. She is responsible for assisting with the administration of the projects, including bidding procedures, insurance, and correspondence with subcontractors. She also helps maintain all records such as Submittals, Request for Change Orders and Owner Change Orders.
Eric Jorgensen, Superintendent
Eric joined the Mark Construction Co. family in 1998. He has worked on many of the different projects built by Mark Construction including new schools, banks, post offices and other commercial buildings. Eric has worked on all of the projects conducted at the Orlando-Sanford International Airport, including new construction, repairs and maintenance. He has also been involved in many of the Construction Management projects awarded to Mark Construction with area schools.
Randy Talley, Superintendent
Randy joined the Mark Construction Co. family in 2006. He has a background as a Construction Coordinator and Field Supervisor. Randy is responsible for the coordination of all projects, scheduling, field production, quality control, reviewing of shop drawings, safety, and the overall project. He holds an OSHA 30 Hour Certification and has HAZCOM and First Aid Training.
Josh Allen, Superintendent
Josh joined the Mark Construction Co. family in 2021. He has experience on commercial construction and pre-engineered metal buildings. He is responsible for on-site coordination, scheduling, field production, quality control, shop drawing review and the safety of the team.
Stan Castaldo, Superintendent
Stan joined the Mark Construction Co. family in 2021. He has experience on commercial construction and pre-engineered metal buildings. He is responsible for on-site coordination, scheduling, field production, quality control, shop drawing review and the safety of the team.

Our staff of trained professionals have many years of experience in all phases of commercial construction and are dedicated to making each job a success. Our Team represents a wide range of education, expertise, and experience in the construction industry, and is composed of Licensed General Contractors, Administrators, Project Managers, Estimators, Foremen, Carpenters and Support Staff.
