Elementary School “L” is a new two story 112,800 S.F. Elementary School consisting of 50 classrooms, cafeteria, administrative building, media center, chilled water HVAC system utilizing ice storage tanks, electrical full security systems, wet fire sprinkler system, full site work with utilities and landscaping. Construction includes slab on grade, tilt-up concrete exterior wall system with decorative form liners producing a ship lap and stack stone design, second floor steel beams with an elevated slab on metal deck. The roof consists of insulating concrete with a bituminous roof system. Roof includes sloped metal roof features.
